Nikki Glover (Senior Teacher and KS3 Leader) - Staff Governor

I have been employed at Foxwood for nearly 6 years, initially as a classroom teacher and then gaining promotions to KS3 Phase Leader and then Senior Teacher in September 2020. Since taking on the role of Phase Leader and completing my NPQSL in 2020, I have gained a wealth of experience in the strategic direction and the day to day running of Foxwood. This, I believe, along with the strong relationships with the students across the Academy, I can provide valuable insight and knowledge, along with the Headteacher that I can share with other Governors in the role of staff Governor.
