Foxwood started the academic year with new teachers and lovely new staff toilets which had been completed over the summer holidays.
We elected a new Chair of Governors and welcomed a new governor Hannah Warton.
We have enjoyed staff coming to talk to us at our P&C committee informing us of various areas of the life of the school.
A highlight was opening the new sensory garden in November after the Princes Trust had worked so hard to help us achieve a great space for our pupils.
New sensory studio was opened in the summer term.
Our Governor visits with key staff have been informative and helpful. It is always a pleasure to walk around the school in the school day and observe the fantastic teaching that is being done.
It has been exciting to see the development of the academy’s new MIS, Bromcom, which will help staff stay informed and knowledgeable about assessment data, attendance and behaviour across the whole school and key focus groups.
We look forward to our next year.
